Looks like our local leadership is still fighting for the commuter light rail…  I am not sure if it is a good expense right now, seeing as how we are in such a property tax hole in lack of funds, but I do think that down the road it is a good idea.  It needs to go to the airport too, instead of just from Deltona to downtown…

WHEN this does go through, it is going to have to give a boost in property values and marketability for households within a mile or two of the stops.

Okay, so here is my blog.  I guess I am going to start by describing some of the plans that I have for this blog…

I think that I am going to have this as:

1.  a bit of a personal journal

2.  a bit of a blog of Central Florida real estate

3.  a bit of a financial blog

4. might as well blog about tech too since I need to keep up with that as well.

So maybe this will help me actually make the ridiculous about of time that I spend on the internet a little more productive!
